The Welding Education Committee of IIW-India will be conducting an on-line Advanced Course on Welding Technology comprising four modules for aspiring Welding Coordinators and other interested welding professionals.
The course content exceeds the scope prescribed in ISO 14731 and is designed for around 100 hours of dissemination covering 40 topics of four modules aligned with the IIW IAB-252 guidelines.
The course is designed to cover all the four modules of the IAB 252 guideline:
* Module 1: Welding Processes & Equipment (12 topics)
* Module 2: Materials & their behaviour (12 topics)
* Module 3: Construction & Design (8 topics)
* Module 4: Fabrication & Application engineering (8 topics)
Q&A and mock test sessions are part of the Course. The lessons will be delivered mostly during the evening hours on week days with exception on weekends.
The Course will be delivered in a phased manner allowing recuperation time to the participants for assimilating the learnings from each module properly. The fee for each module is Rs. 25,000 plus 18% GST as applicable per candidate. Participants who register for all the modules will be given a discount of Rs. 20,000 plus 18% GST, to be applied at the time of registration of the last module.
IIW-India will provide a participation certificate which should not be misconstrued as a qualification certificate for any purpose. It must be noted that this course is purely for knowledge and competency development.
Delivery of the above 04 Course modules have been scheduled as mentioned below during June 10- September 12, 2026. The program details are appended below. Interested participants may register by filling their personal information and making an online payment of Rs. 25,000 + (18% GST) to the bank account below by June 08, 2026 for Module 01, July 05, 2026 for Module 02, August 08, 2026 for Module 03 and September 02, 2026 for Module 04 respectively.
