ESAB India Award is given in the inaugural function of the National Welding Seminars / International Congress / Conference of the Institute. Instituted from 2009, the award is given to the best technical paper presented in NWS or IC and for a work done in India.
Evaluation Procedure
1.For choosing this paper, the best papers in various categories would be reviewed again by a separate panel constituted by the Technical Committee. The paper, which is adjudged, as best overall would be selected for the award.
2.Consequently, the next best paper in the category from which the ESAB award is selected will receive that category award.
